ACMA is established pursuant to Section 42 of the Local Government Act 1999 (SA) and is a subsidiary of the City of Adelaide. ACMA is charged with the management, operations and marketing of the Adelaide Central Market in to ensure its iconic standing is enhanced and maintained to the benefit of customers, traders, city and the wider community.

Nicole comes to ACMA with a strong understanding of the challenges facing the sector, amidst disruption and change and remains buoyed by the opportunity to solidify the Market Precinct’s position as one of the world’s leading food and produce markets.

Steve is an Adelaide local who has been operating in the role of CEO/MD for more than 15 years, has operated in more than 35 countries, and across Agriculture, Livestock, Manufacturing, Retail, and Foodservice. Steve is currently with Sundrop Farms, and previously with South Australian Potato Co and Australian Quality Plus. He has also held many board positions including former Chair of the Premiers Food Council and Marvel Packers.

Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Hamish Brown leads the Leyton Property team. Hamish is responsible for the inception and delivery of extensive projects and prides himself on understanding tenant partners requirements and working collaboratively to achieve the best outcome for all parties.
Prior to Leyton Property, Hamish worked with major Property groups including Vicinity (Formerly Colonial First State), Wesfarmers and CBRE across all markets in Australia. In this capacity, Hamish was responsible for site identification, site acquisition, financial modelling, feasibility and risk analysis, due diligence and project strategy implementation including design, planning, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.
