If you are driving to the Adelaide Central Market, then parking is easy with over 1,000 parking spaces available in the UPark Central Market, located directly above the Adelaide Central Market and is easily accessible from both Gouger and Grote Street. Alternatively, UPark on Grote is located right across the road from the Adelaide Central Market on Grote Street, where you can enjoy convenient and affordable parking both day and night. If your vehicle height clearance is above 2.06m, we recommend Adam Parking, located off Gouger St between Witcombe Street and Talbot Lane. Parking is also available in other nearby undercover parks, all just a short stroll from the Market. Limited on-street parking is also available around the precinct.

The UPark Accessibility Pass provides disability permit holders with 2 hours free parking up to 52 times per year at all UPark car parks.
To apply for a UPark Accessibility Pass, print and submit your application form or apply online. Dedicated disabled car parking is available on Level 1 and Level 2 of the car park in close proximity to the Gouger and Grote St lifts.
Electric Vehicle Parking
In collaboration with the City of Adelaide, UPark Central Market offer 11 x 22kW electric vehicle (EV) charging points, located on Level 1 (adjacent to the Gouger Street lifts).

Plug in and Power Up
For your convenience, there are two ways you can start, stop and pay for your charging session.
Chargefox app – To operate the electric vehicle charging station, download the Chargefox App to your mobile phone, register as a customer, plug in and power up. Instructions for use can be found on the EV charging stations. The Chargefox app is available for download through Google Play and App Store.
Credit/Debit Card Pilot – To remove the need for user registration, we are piloting a system that enables operation of the electric vehicle charging station with your credit or debit card. Instructions for use can be found on the EV charging stations.
