Ingredients
  • 1 cup Pimms No1 (250ml)
  • 1/3 cup Kangaroo Island Spirits gin (80ml)
  • 1 bottle Traditional Ginger Ale (750ml)
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 punnet strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 punnet blueberries
  • 1/2 bunch mint
Method
  1. Pour Pimms, gin, ginger ale and orange juice into a large jug or punch bowl, stirring well to combine.
  2. Add slices of orange, lemon, cucumber and strawberries, and sprinkle over the blueberries and mint.
  3. To serve, pour into glasses over ice.
