Ingredients
- 1 cup Pimms No1 (250ml)
- 1/3 cup Kangaroo Island Spirits gin (80ml)
- 1 bottle Traditional Ginger Ale (750ml)
- 1 orange, thinly sliced
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 1 lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 punnet strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 punnet blueberries
- 1/2 bunch mint
Method
- Pour Pimms, gin, ginger ale and orange juice into a large jug or punch bowl, stirring well to combine.
- Add slices of orange, lemon, cucumber and strawberries, and sprinkle over the blueberries and mint.
- To serve, pour into glasses over ice.
