The event provides you exclusive access to the market after it closes on World Gin Day for a KIS Gin blending masterclass with a difference.
Led by the godparents of spirits in Australia, gin royalty Jon & Sarah Lark will immerse you in the history and in-depth composition of gin as you’re led through blending your own bespoke gin.
During the experience the team from the KI Stall 17 will serve up some delicious nibbles sourced that morning from Central Market traders. No need to rise too early on such an auspicious day, we will scour the market at dawn for the freshest and best market produce from Kangaroo Island and SA. All nibbles will be prepared with KIS gin and gin botanicals!
As you leave for an evening celebrating Gin’s big day, they’ll set you on your way with your own 200ml gin plus a special gift pack containing Henry’s Straight up dehydrated fruit and spice garnish pack, botanicals pack to make your own cured fish, recipe list of each dish served and vouchers for KIS gin & tonics at Stall 17’s gin bar (Adelaide’s Smallest Bar!).
