The Adelaide Central Market has been the beating heart of Adelaide’s food scene since establishment in 1869, over 150 years ago.

Over two days, the Adelaide Central Market will showcase the incredible produce South Australia has to offer with cooking demonstrations by some of Adelaide’s top chefs alongside our traders and producers at our Community Kitchen in Gouger St dining area.

And we haven’t forgotten our littlest customers with our new program Market Minis!  A program delivered in a fun and engaging way that helps our Market kids to not only love the food that they eat but empowers them to make great decisions themselves!
