Learn the age-old art of traditional Italian sauce making at our Sauce Day!
Rosa Matto will host three hands-on sessions, where participants will use local tomatoes and learn the traditional techniques of authentic Italian tomato sauce making. Anyone who loves Italian culture will enjoy this fun activity, and the class is suitable for all ages and cooking abilities. Children over 12 years of age require their own ticket, children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by a supervising adult and should be included in the ticket of the adult attending (one child per adult).
