This class is 100% focused on inspiring you to use seasonal, local produce and presented by the team from Sprout. During this class you you will travel to the hustle and bustle of the Adelaide Central Market and select the best seasonal ingredients for the day's recipes. Along the way you'll discuss how to select fruits, vegetables, meat and seafood and sample some favourite Market products. You will then head back to Sprout and use the fresh produce to create some tasty dishes!
