In the spirit of Tasting Australia we are hosting a Market soiree – a night to relax and enjoy the finer things that life has to offer. Think live jazz, freshly shucked oysters, porchetta, French style crepes and a cooking demo with Heather Day. And when you are fully sated, enjoy a beverage from Ambra Liqueurs Mobile Spritz Bar, ‘Sophia’! ‘Sophia’ is a 3-wheeled Italian Piaggio that has been lovingly converted into a unique Mobile bar, serving Italian inspired, locally produced liqueurs and Spritz drinks.
