Culinary arts institute Le Cordon Bleu Adelaide will take over the Adelaide Central Market’s Community Kitchen on Thursday, May 2, for its first ever pop-up patisserie stall.
The stall – open for one day only – will feature a range of high-end sweet treats, showcasing the artistry and expertise of future budding pastry chefs.
From intricate petit gateaux to princess almonds and chocolate bon-bons, there will be something to tantalise every palate.
As a highlight of the event, market-goers will have the opportunity to witness the magic of truffle making come to life during a live culinary demonstration.
The stall will be open from 9.30am to 3.30pm (or until sold out).
