Riverside Farm is a mixed farming property and small dairy in the beautiful and fertile Barossa Valley.  Specialising in pastured eggs from hens that are tended to by hand and roam free on green pastures under blue skies, resulting in very fresh and delicious eggs.  Their dairy is small, just 60 sheep, which they believe is the key to high quality milk that that in turn is made into rich pot-set yoghurt, haloumi, ricotta and labneh.
Along with the dairy and eggs, the team at Riverside will be serving up a delicious daily pasta special.

Visit the team at the Producer in Residence stall (next to O’Connell Meats) until 7 September.
