Masterchef 2023 contestant and Adelaide mum of two Larissa Sewell (@feastwithlarissa) has teamed up with the Adelaide Central Market to design a Christmas menu that’s easy to achieve but full of flavour and local fresh produce. 

This three-course menu has been designed to feed 8 people for under $20 per head, including entrée, main, sides and dessert – all using ingredients sourced from the Market.  

Larissa says choosing easy to prepare meals doesn’t meant they can’t be full of flavour ‘all of the recipes created for this menu are packed full of flavour and spices that work with the great produce you can find at the Market.’ 

‘Indulging in beautiful, flavourful food on a budget is absolutely achievable – if you’re feeling overwhelmed or are needing inspiration – have someone (me!) do the budget planning for you – my carefully curated Christmas menu feeds 8-10 people for under $150. The menu revolves around practicality, flavour, and, of course, a bit of financial savvy. It celebrates so much of South Australia’s wonderful seasonal produce – and is all in season, and available from the Adelaide Central Market.’
