Since leaving the MasterChef kitchen, Huda Al-Sultan has been busy launching Sassi Ice Cream, the South Australian vegan ice creamery that’s revealing an alluring new world of Middle Eastern flavour.
Our current Producer in Residence until 19 October, Sassi Ice Cream will be launching their tantalising range of premium vegan ice cream during this limited time.
Huda will also showcase her cooking skills, as she whips up a divine dessert in the Community Kitchen on Friday October 4 from 6pm.
