Tracey says. We usually have more than 20 varieties on offer and we’re always creating something new. From classics to seasonal specials, it’s no wonder people keep coming back to see what’s next!
“I’m really passionate about food knowledge,” Tracey explains. I keep an eye on cooking trends, I listen to what customers ask for, and I’m always exploring new products. Working with local producers is a big part of that — it keeps things fresh and exciting.
While the stall is buzzing all year round, the festive season brings a whole new level of delight. I’m excited about our Christmas hampers this year and we’ll have beautiful puddings, panettones and we’re even making some Christmas dips!
But what truly makes each day special? The conversations. I love talking about food and sharing culinary knowledge, helping people discover great products and encouraging them to eat real. I’ve always got a tip to help someone make a beautiful meal.
One recommendation is the importance of using the right oils. Good oil makes such a difference. I always suggest having both grapeseed and olive oil — they’re used for different things, and I can recommend the best one depending on what you’re creating.
When she’s not creating something delicious for lunch, Tracey enjoys Turkish bread from Dough and the lemon curd tarts. I love pairing them with my chilli honey, fresh cream, and a little mint — it just takes it to the next level.
And when asked what she loves about the Market she says, It’s such a friendly, happy place that is full of colour, music and people talking. It’s the best Market!
