Construction on the Market Expansion and Market Square redevelopment is progressing and our new expanded Market on the ground floor is taking shape. The expanded Market will be more of what you know and love - a melting pot of flavours, cultures and experiences from around the globe, with passionate traders dedicated to fresh food, local produce, customer service and Market traditions. There will be a mix of heritage style stalls, shops and street facing eateries along with a grand Market Hall and a new laneway connecting Gouger and Grote Street.
