The Producer in Residence stall is home to small South Australian producers, start up retailers and new eateries to test their products and business idea in the very real marketplace of our Market! Located in the North West Grote Street entrance (next to O’Connell’s Meats), you’ll find a new passionate producer changing on a regular basis.
We’re thrilled to welcome back Barossa Valley Ice Cream Company to the Producer in Residence Stall!
Treat yourself to their locally sourced and hand-crafted ice cream and sorbets with flavours including Lavender (with lavender sourced from Lyndoch Lavender Farm), Balsamic Strawberry, Pistachio, Irish Coffee, Black Licorice, Belgian Chocolate, Hokey Pokey… just to name a few!
Enjoy a cup, cone or a 500ml take home tub – the team are open every Market day until 15 February.
