Big Market Adventures for Little Foodies

Our food rescue partner OzHarvest is Australia’s leading food rescue organisation, saving surplus food from ending up in landfill and delivering it to charities that help feed people in need.  OzHarvest is constantly looking for new ways to inspire and educate people about food waste, food security and sustainability.  Through education programs and advocacy work, they hope to inspire others to change behaviour and help reach the national target of halving food waste by 2030.

Join OzHarvest Chef and Zero-Waste master, Genevieve for a live cooking demo to inspire you to create food with no food waste!  Genevieve will share some recipes, tips and tricks to revolutionise your home cooking.  You can also learn what OzHarvest does and the impact it makes in communities across Australia.
