Back by popular demand, this highly anticipated event returns with street eats and seafood specials from traders, accompanied by a program of live music, cooking demonstrations, pop-up oyster bar and the ever-popular Chilli Crab Shack. For the little shoppers, kids can enjoy a free sea creatures art workshop by Little Picassos and free face painting on the Saturday morning.

Chilli Crab Shack

What is now a staple of Seafood + Sounds is Chilli Crab Shack. The team at Sprout will be serving up fresh bowls of Asian-Style Chilli Crab, featuring Spencer Gulf Blue Swimmer Crab cooked in a chilli tamarind sauce and served with egg noodles and Thai herbs using ingredients fresh from the Market. New to Seafood + Sounds is Fair Seafood – our newest seafood eatery, offering full traceabiliity on all products and shortening the supply chain from ocean to plate.
