For three weeks Opa Alfajores, will bring the essence of South America to the Producer in Residence, with their range of handcrafted alfajores and empanadas. Alfajores, a pastry originating in South America, are a sandwich biscuit filled with delicious Dulce de Leche. Hand crafted in Adelaide, these delicious biscuits come in flavours including traditional cornflour, coconut, dark chocolate, yoyo and walnut with white chocolate. Their empanadas are filled with fresh ingredients including beef, chicken, ham & cheese, caprese, and mushroom.
