To celebrate International Women’s Day on 8 March, Valerie Henbest, owner of the Smelly Cheese Co will present a line-up of inspiring women in the business of food, wine and art. Enjoy five cheeses selected by Valerie and matched with wine by Charlotte Dalton with chocolate by chocolatier Vicki from Addixions Chocolate and Flammekueche by Karin Greenslade. Guests will also learn the age-old art of butter churning by Gina Del Santo and be inspired by mandala drawing by Cathy Gray. Market General Manager Jodie Kannane will also join as a panelist, sharing some insights into the business of food.
