Friday 17 October from 12 at the Community Kitchen
Join Lucia’s Fine Foods and hear from the makers from Vannella Cheese during a special cooking demonstration this Friday from 12pm at the Community Kitchen!
Exclusively stocked at Lucia’s, Vannella Cheese is a 100% family-owned and operated business based in Marrickville, NSW, with roots in Puglia, Italy. Their founder, Vito Minoia, is a master cheesemaker who has been producing cheese for over 50 years and was the first to introduce Burrata and Stracciatella to the Australian market. Today, with his family, he continues to craft fresh cheese using grass-fed Australian milk. From creamy burrata to juicy buffalo mozzarella, each cheese is made with care and authenticity. For Vannella, cheese is about family, honoring tradition, and the joy of sharing great food. Vito’s son, Giuseppe Minoia, and granddaughter, Martina Iunco, are delighted to be hosting this live cheesemaking demonstration of Burrata and handcrafted Nodini at the Market!
Come watch the curd being stretched and taste their products (and make sure you visit Lucia’s for some extra special discounts on the day!).
