From colourful stalls and artisan products to the energy of daily trade, there is always something happening at the Market.
If you are looking to film or photograph for any purpose, we ask that you complete our application for approval.
TO UNDERTAKE PHOTOGRAPHY OR FILMING IN THE ADELAIDE CENTRAL MARKET, I / WE AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
1. To only use the photography and/or filming for, and in accordance with, the approved purpose and viewing audience detailed in this permit.
2. To follow all directions and requests issued by Adelaide Central Market Management, Traders and Security at all times.
3. I understand that Adelaide Central Market Management may refuse an application for a permit at its discretion and reserves the right to revoke any permit issued.
4. Not to be intoxicated or under the influence of any substance whilst undertaking photography or filming activities.
5. Not to undertake photography or filming in any area other than those specified within this agreement or as otherwise directed by Adelaide Central Market Management.
6. Should I be asked to move, alter my activities, or cease photography or filming, I shall do so immediately.
7. Not to cause any damage, litter, or soiling of Market surfaces, fixtures, equipment, or property.
8. Not to place any equipment in a position that may create a risk of injury to any member of the public, traders, staff, or contractors.
9. Not to harass, harangue, or make comments that are offensive or likely to cause distress or embarrassment to members of the public, traders, staff, or contractors.
10. The permit holder must obtain prior approval from any stall and stallholder that will be featured in photographs, video footage, or other recorded content.
11. To indemnify Adelaide Central Market and keep Adelaide Central Market indemnified against all claims, damages, costs and expenses for which Adelaide Central Market may become liable arising from: a) loss, damage or injury to any property or person caused or contributed to by the permit holder's use of the premises; and b) loss, damage or injury to any property or person within or outside the premises caused or contributed to by any act, omission, neglect, breach or default of the permit holder.
12. For the purposes of this permit, the permit holder includes any officer, employee, agent or contractor of the permit holder.
Failure to comply with these conditions may result in Adelaide Central Market Management and/or Security directing the permit holder to cease activities and leave the premises immediately.
