Sarj will demonstrate how home-cooks can replicate their favourite street food style\, like hand-made dumplings and noodles\, and cooked on an induction cooktop.  \nInduction cooking has seen big advances in recent years\, offering a more efficient mode of cooking that is responsive and reaches high temperatures needed for wok-based dishes. Commercial chefs and home chefs are adopting this cooking method for its health benefits\, safety\, and fabulous flavour.  \nSarj will be joined by community group Asian Australians for Climate Solutions\, to answer questions about both her kitchen techniques and the technology.
